Sander features three speed settings that is 7000/9500/11000 OPM for faster material removal. The one-touch electronic control switch facilitates user to select fast, medium and low settings. Sander featuring ergonomically designed body and grip provides enhanced operator comfort. The pad control system assures controlled pad speed upon start-up and pad brake is precisely designed for minimal free-spin as well as increased overall finish. This orbit sander is integrated with efficient through-the-pad dust collection system for a cleaner work environment. Tool featuring oversized sealed-ball bearing construction, dust-sealed switch and bearing increases life of sander tool. Sander tool featured with Star Protection Computer Controls™, allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time. Large 1/8Inch random orbit action is engineered for rapid sanding operation and swirl-free finish. It works well with compatible with Makita 18 Volt Lithium-Ion batteries with a Star symbol.
