This orbit sander is integrated with efficient through-the-pad dust collection system for a cleaner work environment. Tool featuring oversized sealed-ball bearing construction, dust-sealed switch and bearing increases life of sander tool. Sander tool featured with Star Protection Computer Controls™, allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time. Large 1/8Inch random orbit action is engineered for rapid sanding operation and swirl-free finish. It works well with compatible with Makita 18 Volt Lithium-Ion batteries with a Star symbol.
